Recall Notice

Astra Stages is issuing a safety recall for the LP2016 model relating to a design for a buy-out component that hasn't been used since winter of 2023.  There is a safety concern about the wall of the rectangular trailer hitch tube weakening over time and breaking between the swing joint and the trailer on some of the early model stages.

We currently believe this issue affects units manufactured in 2022 through May of 2023. It is recommended that owners of stages made during this time frame stop using the trailers until the tongue tube can be reinforced. We will be repairing these trailers at factory and/or issuing field repair kits. Please feel free to reach out to us for questions.
